Criminal organizations and groups. Criminal policy in Ecuador
Keywords:
Legislation, International law, Human rights, (Unesco Thesaurus)Abstract
This work presents a set of reflections and visible arguments of the different alterations of the order, which violate the human rights of the community; it is intended with this text to reflect on the need to adopt measures to prevent and combat efficiently the outrages that occur by criminal organizations and groups both in Latin America and in our territory. It shows a dissertation and theoretical discussion and an empirical contrast of different topics related to public policies and criminal policies to combat insecurity and the consequences generated by the actions of criminal organizations; corruption, contract killings, street violence and cancellary violence, trafficking of illicit substances, among others. It is fair to assume that Latin America is the most violent territory and exhibits high levels of corruption and impunity.
