Abstract

The present book is inspired by the framework of social conventions and their consequences, with special emphasis on the Theory of Punishment in criminal law, since from the determination of a sanction, the common people seem to confuse it with the ends of what is just or unjust, that is why we say that the work of individualization of a particular and specific punishment appropriate to the index of reproachability, also constitutes the drafting of a speech that must be equally legitimized by society
