Administrative Procedures Manual for Educational Institutions in Ecuador

Abstract

The manual of administrative procedures of the educational institutions of Ecuador, focuses on leading the members of all institutions to reflect on their different experiences, in order to promote a process of administration and school planning in accordance with their realities. The aspects that are part of the educational process and that give rise to the dynamization of teaching and learning, i.e., objectives, contents, methodological processes, means and material resources, and evaluation strategies, will be analyzed in depth in a reflective manner. After analyzing them, practical activities will be carried out that will allow the reader to contextualize the theory in praxis. The basic guidelines for didactic planning and good school administration will be discussed in order to lay the foundations for an efficient educational process at the different educational levels and modalities of the system, culminating with the kindergarten level, the core topic of this text.
